Amendment to the Gaming (Form of Bingo Club Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987
4.—(1) The Gaming (Form of Bingo Club Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(3), omit from “for the court of” to the end.
(3) In the Schedule—
(a)in the title, omit “Petty Sessions District of ….” and “County Court Division of ….”;
(b)in Part I—
(i)after “court of summary jurisdiction”, insert “sitting at…”; and
(ii)after “Clerk of petty sessions”, omit “for the petty sessions district of ….”;
(c)in Part II, after “Clerk of petty sessions”, omit “for the petty sessions district of ….”;
(d)in Part III—
(i)after “court”, insert “sitting at…”; and
(ii)after “Clerk of petty sessions”, omit “for the petty sessions district of ….”;
(e)in Part IV—
(i)after “court”, in both places where it occurs, insert “sitting at…”; and
(ii)after “Clerk of petty sessions”, omit “for the petty sessions district of ….”;
(f)in Part V—
(i)after “court”, insert “sitting at…”;
(ii)for “[the clerk of petty sessions renewed]”, substitute “[the clerk of petty sessions at …renewed]”; and

(h)in Part VIII—
(i)in section M, after “The court”, insert “sitting at…”;
(ii)in section N, after “court” in the second place where it occurs, insert “sitting at…”; and
