Amendment to the Gaming Machine (Forms of Certificates and Permit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1986
3.—(1) The Gaming Machine (Forms of Certificates and Permit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1986(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(5), omit from “for the court of” to the end.
(3) In the Schedule—
(a)in Form 1—
(i)in the title, omit “Petty Sessions District of ….” and “County Court Division of ….”;
(ii)in Part 1—
(aa)after “court of summary jurisdiction”, insert “sitting at…”; and
(bb)after “Clerk of petty sessions”, omit “for the petty sessions district of …”; and
(iii)in Part 2—
(aa)after “court”, insert “sitting at…”;
(bb)for “[the clerk of petty sessions renewed]”, substitute “[the clerk of petty sessions at…renewed]”; and
(cc)after “Clerk of petty sessions”, omit “for the petty sessions district of …”;
(b)in Form 2—
(i)in the title, omit “Petty Sessions District of ….” and “County Court Division of ….”;
