Amendment to the Licensing (Form of Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997
11.—(1) The Schedule to the Licensing (Form of Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1), is amended as follows.
(2) In Form 1—
(a)in the title, omit “County Court Division of ” and “Petty Sessions District of”;
(b)in Part I, after “Chief Clerk”, omit “for the said Division”;
(c)in Part II—
(i)in section A—
(aa)for “for the Division of”, substitute “sitting at”;
(bb)for the paragraph beginning “The petty sessions district”, substitute—
