10. In the Licensing (Form of Children’s Certificate) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1), in the Schedule—
(a)in the title, omit “County Court Division of ….” and “Petty Sessions District of ….”;
(b)in Part I—
(i)for “The above court for the said [District] [Division]”, substitute “The [court of summary jurisdiction][county court] sitting at…”;
(ii)after “Chief Clerk”, omit “for the said Division”; and
(iii)after “Clerk of Petty Sessions”, omit “for the said District”; and
(c)in Part III, after “Clerk of Petty Sessions”, omit “for the said District”.
