The Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 17(1), (2), (4) and (5), 40(2) and (4), 53(1), 54(1) and 55(2) of, and paragraphs 1(1), (2) and (3), 6, 10, 13, 14(1), 15, 17 and 19 of Schedule 3 to, the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 19781 as applied and modified by Article 53 of that Order. In accordance with Article 46 of that Order as so applied and modified he has consulted with the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland and such other bodies as appeared to him to be appropriate.
