[F9 (sb) he commits an offence under section 5 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable adult) in respect of a child.]

(t) he commits an offence of—

(i) aiding, abetting, counselling, procuring or inciting the commission of an offence against a child, or

(ii) conspiring or attempting to commit such an offence.
