47In section 80(1) of the Self-Governing Schools etc. (Scotland) Act 1989 (interpretation), in the definition of “parent”, for the words “the actual custody” substitute “parental responsibilities (within the meaning of section 1(3) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995) in relation to him or has care”.
