46In section 22(2) of the School Boards (Scotland) Act 1988 (interpretation), in the definition of “parent”, for the word “custody” substitute “parental responsibilities (within the meaning of section 1(3) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995) in relation to him or who has care”.
