International Monetary Arrangements Act 1983

1983 CHAPTER 51

An Act to substitute a new limit for the limit on lending to the International Monetary Fund imposed by section 2(1) of the International Monetary Fund Act 1979 and to provide for the Bank of England to be indemnified in respect of certain financial assistance.

Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
