  • Any rules, regulations, orders, schemes or warrants made, or having effect as if made, under an enactment listed in Part I above, except any regulations made under section 6(2) of the Commonwealth Telegraphs Act 1949 in so far as they apply to persons who have ceased to be employed in the civil service of the State.

  • Article 6 of the M12Government of Ireland (Miscellaneous Adaptations) (Northern Ireland) Order 1923.

  • The National Insurance (Modification of the M13Superannuation Acts) Regulations 1948.

  • The National Insurance (Modification of the M14Superannuation Acts) (Amendment) Regulations 1949.

  • The National Insurance (Modification of the M15Superannuation Acts) Regulations 1960.

  • The National Insurance (Modification of the M16Superannuation Acts) Regulations 1961.

  • The M17Widows’, Children’s and Dependants’ Pensions (India and Pakistan) Rules 1965, in so far as they apply to persons who at the commencement of this Act are serving in employment in the civil service of the State.

  • The National Insurance (Modification of the M18Superannuation Acts) (Amendment) Regulations 1965.

  • The National Insurance (Modification of the M19Superannuation Acts) (Amendment) Regulations 1971.
