PART IIN.I.EXCEPTED PROCEEDINGS
1. Proceedings in respect of which free legal aid may be given under Part III of this Order.N.I.

(b)the loss of the services of a woman or girl in consequence of her rape or seduction.

Proceedings wholly or partly in respect of defamation; but the making of a counterclaim for defamation in proceedings for which legal aid may be given shall not of itself affect any right of a defendant to the counterclaim to legal aid in the proceedings and legal aid may be granted to enable him to defend such counterclaim.N.I.
