Insertion of general saving in connection with actions taken etc. before IP completion day6
After regulation 15A (interpretation of Part 2) of the 2019 Regulations (as inserted by regulation 5), insert—
Actions taken, decisions made etc. before IP completion day15B
The amendments made by Part 1 to the 2016 Act do not affect the validity of any action or decision taken, or right or liability accrued, before IP completion day under that Act, except as provided by any saving or transitional provision made by this Part.
