Citation, commencement and extent E+W

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Magistrates’ Court Sentencing Powers) Regulations 2023.

(2) These Regulations come into force when they are made.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
