3.—(1) In rule 2.1(3)(b), for “2005” substitute “2006”.

(2) In rule 2.3(1)—

(a) in the definition of “MyHMCTS”, for “Her Majesty’s” substitute “His Majesty’s”; and

(b) in the definition of “statement of case”, for “Part 20 claim” substitute “counterclaim or other additional claim”.
