Article 8 (exercise of powers by French officers in a control zone in the United Kingdom: disapplication of law of England and Wales) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2), for “The Data Protection Act 2018” substitute “The UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

In paragraph (2), “the UK GDPR” has the meaning given in section 3(10) of the Data Protection Act 2018.
