Amendment of the Pensions Act 2008

6.—(1) The Pensions Act 2008(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 18 (occupational pension schemes)—

(a) omit paragraph (b), and

(b) in paragraph (c), for “an EEA State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.

(3) In section 99 (interpretation of Part 1), omit the definition of the “IORP Directive”.
