Coming into force in accordance with article 1
The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 69(1)(a) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 20011.
In accordance with section 69(2) of that Act the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers.
In accordance with section 69(3) of that Act a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
