PART 3 FOR THE PROTECTION OF DŴR CYMRU CYFYNGEDIG

31.  For the protection of DCC referred to in this Part 3 of Schedule 9, the following provisions will, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and DCC, have effect.
