9.—(1) Where the Ministry of Defence Police Appeal Tribunals Regulations 2004(1) continue to have effect by virtue of regulation 2(2) of the Ministry of Defence Police Appeals Tribunals Regulations 2009(2) they do so with the modifications in paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) In regulation 2—
(a)omit the definition of “the Commission”; and
(b)at the appropriate place insert—
““the Director General” means the Director General of the Independent Office for Police Conduct;”.
(3) In regulation 19(4)(b) for “Commission” substitute “Director General”.
