1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the 1999 Act” means the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999(1);
“the 2016 Act” means the Immigration Act 2016.
