Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3), these Rules shall come into force on the date on which section 17(1) and (2) of the Crime and Courts Act 20132, come into force for all purposes.

Rules 3, 14(f), 14(g), and 41(6) and (7) shall come into force on 1st April 2014.

Rules 12, 16, 17, 19, 21(b), 27(b), 30, 34, 35(a), 35(b), 35(e), 35(f), 35(g), 35(h)(ii), 35(i), 36, 37, 38, 39(b), 40 and 41(1) to (4), and the Schedule to these Rules shall come into force on 6th April 2014.
