Paragraph 340 of Schedule 16 has effect as if it read—

In the Drugs Act 2005, in section 19 (interpretation), in subsection (7)—

after “Police Act 1996” insert “or by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime under Part 1 of the Police Reform Act 2011;
b
after “that authority” insert “or Office”.
