80. In Part 6 (voting packs and ballot papers) of the Schedule to the Health Board Elections (Scotland) Regulations 2009 M1, (Health Board election rules), in paragraph 21(5)(a), for “section 4(3) and (4) of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
