71. In regulation 3(1) of the Representation of the People (Postal Voting for Local Government Elections) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 M1 (interpretation), in the definition of “universal postal service provider” for “in terms of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”.
