6. In section 20 of the Isle of Wight County Council Act 1971 M1 (power to Council to assist industry), in paragraph (a) of the proviso—
(a)for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b)for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
