68. In regulation 2(1) of the Representation of the People (Absent Voting at Local Government Elections) (Scotland) Regulations 2007(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “universal postal service provider” for “section 4(3) (provision of a universal postal service: meaning) of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011”.
