SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENTS

Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2006

66.  In rule 4 (interpretation and notices) of the Transport and Works (Applications and Objections Procedure) (England and Wales) Rules 2006(1), in the definition of “universal service provider”—

(a) for “section 4 of the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011”;

(b) for “that Act” substitute “that Part”.
