54. In article 34 of the Cairngorms National Park Elections (Scotland) Order 2003 M1 (Delivery of ballot papers)—
(a)in paragraph (1)(a) for “universal postal service provider” substitute “ universal service provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b)in paragraph (2) for “universal postal service provider” substitute “ universal service provider ”.
