29. In the Schedule to the Bail (Amendment) Act 1993 (Prescription of Prosecuting Authorities) Order 1994 M1 (prescribed prosecuting authority)—
(a)for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;
(b)for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
