27.  In article 2(2)(a) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 M1 (interpretation) in the definition of “statutory undertaker”—

(a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ”;

(b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ”.
