Amendment of regulation 15 of the principal Regulations

14.—(1) In regulation 15(1) of the principal Regulations (Maritime Declaration of Health), omit from “Provided that” to the end of the paragraph.

(2) In paragraph (2), for “health authority” substitute—

“local authority”.
