Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

12.  In rule 55.9, in paragraph (1)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (c), omit “and”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

• “; and

  (e)

  if applicable, the alleged conduct of the defendant”.
