SCHEDULE 3 AMENDMENT OF THE HOUSING GRANTS, CONSTRUCTION AND REGENERATION ACT 1996

11.  In section 30 (means testing in case of application by owner-occupier or tenant)—

(a) omit subsections (1) to (3);

(b) in subsection (4), omit “disabled facilities”; and

(c) in subsection (5), omit “(3) or”.
