63.13. Claims relating to matters arising out of the 1994 Act and other intellectual property rights set out in [F2Practice Direction 63] must be started in—
(a)the Chancery Division;
(b)[F3the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court]; or
(c)save as set out in [F4Practice Direction 63], a [F5County Court hearing centre] where there is also a Chancery District Registry.]
