In rule 33.21 (appointment of local authority or reporter to report on a child):–
a
for sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1), substitute the following sub-paragraph–
a
a local authority, whether under section 11(1) of the Matrimonial Proceedings (Children) Act 19587 (reports as to arrangements for future care and upbringing of children) or otherwise, or
b
in paragraph (6), for the words “the custody”, substitute the words “a section 11 order in respect”.
