86.—(1) Notice of the holding of a General or Regional Meeting stating the place, date and hour of the meeting, the business to be transacted thereat, and the name of the Chairman shall be given by the Board to all registered producers or to registered producers in the region as the case may be, at least fourteen clear days before the date of the meeting. Such notice may, at the discretion of the Board, be given by suitable advertisement in newspapers circulating in the area of the Scheme or the region concerned.
(2) No business shall be transacted at any meeting other than the business of which notice has been given as aforesaid by the Board.
