C1By s. 362 of the Companies Act 1985 (c. 6, SIF 27) it is provided that the Foreign Jurisdiction Act 1890 has effect as if subsection (1) of s. 362, and Part II of Schedule 14 of that 1985 Act were included among the enactments which by virtue of section 5 may be applied by Order in Council to foreign countries in which for the time being Her Majesty has jurisdiction
