25(1)Section 244 (review and scrutiny by local authorities) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (2)(b), for “the Secretary of State or the regulator” substitute “or the Secretary of State”.
(3)In subsections (2ZA)(a) and (2ZC), omit “, the regulator”.
