Power to support failed asylum-seekers

27 In section 9 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc.) Act 2004 (failed asylum-seekers: withdrawal of support)—

(a) omit subsections (1) and (4);

(b) in subsection (3)(a) and (b), omit “other than paragraph 7A”.
