Schedule 2 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (criminal lifestyle offences in England and Wales) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 4 (people trafficking)—

omit sub-paragraphs (2) and (3);
b
at the end insert—

An offence under section 2 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (human trafficking).
