Section 13: Work-related requirements: introductory

64.Section 13 sets out the four different types of work-related requirements. The requirements which any particular claimant may be expected to meet depend on which of four groups they fall into. Sections 15 to 18 define the four different types of work-related requirements, and sections 19 to 22 set out which of these requirements may be imposed on different groups of claimants.

65.The requirements a claimant may be expected to meet will vary depending on their circumstances and capability for work. These circumstances will include being a responsible carer for a child of a particular age.
