Committees

The Office may establish committees, and any committee so established may establish sub-committees.

The members of a committee of the Office may include persons who are not members of the Office (and the members of a sub-committee may include persons who are not members of the committee or of the Office).

The Office may make arrangements for the payment of such remuneration and allowances as it thinks fit to any person who—

a

is a member of a committee or sub-committee, but

b

is not a member of the Office.
