Part 1 Citation of Acts and Rules

1 (1) The Supreme Court Act 1981 (c. 54) may be cited as the Senior Courts Act 1981.

(2) For the words “Supreme Court Act 1981” wherever they occur in any enactment substitute “Senior Courts Act 1981”.
