6 E+W In Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 (tribunals under direct supervision of Council on Tribunals), in paragraph 15(d) for “Schedule 2 to the School Inspections Act 1996 (c. 57)” substitute “ Schedule 3 to the Education Act 2005 ”.
