33 (1) Section 98 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) insert “ and ” at the end of paragraph (dd);

(b) omit paragraph (e) and the preceding “and”.

(3) In subsection (4)—

(a) in paragraph (a), omit the words from “, other than” to the end;

(b) omit paragraph (b).
