C2C152 Unqualified persons going to sea as qualified officers or seamen.

If a person goes to sea as a qualified officer or seaman of any description without being such a qualified officer or seaman he shall be liable—
a
on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum,
b
on conviction on indictment, to a fine.

In this section “qualified” means qualified for the purposes of section 47.
