F6Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code) (which provides a procedure for certain cases where works involve the alteration of F1electronic communications apparatus) shall apply to the F2appropriate agency for the purposes of any works carried out by the F2appropriate agency in exercise of any of the powers conferred by any enactment (including F4section 37 of the 1995 Act F3or, as the case may be, article 9 of the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012 (S.I.2012/1903)).
