Obstruction of person exercising power E+W

7 E+W A person who intentionally obstructs another person acting in the exercise of any power to which this Schedule applies shall be guilty of an offence and [F1 liable—

(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum;

(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.]
