SCHEDULE 15 E+W SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS WITH RESPECT TO DRAINAGE CHARGES

Publication of drainage charge E+W

2 (1) A drainage charge shall not be valid unless notice of the charge is given by the [F1 appropriate agency] in accordance with sub-paragraph (2) below within ten days of the date on which it is raised. E+W

(2) The notice must—

(a) state the amount of the charge and the date on which it was raised; and

(b) be published in one or more newspapers circulating in the area in respect of which the charge was raised.
