SCHEDULE 15 Transitional Provisions
Deposits and undertakings

The repeal of section 4 of the previous Act shall not affect the operation of that section in a case where—
a
a sum deposited in accordance with that section has become payable as provided in subsection (2) of that section before the date on which the repeal takes effect; or
b
a sum has become payable before that date in pursuance of an undertaking given under subsection (4) of that section,
but, subject as aforesaid, any sum deposited under that section may be withdrawn by the depositor on application to the Accountant General of the Supreme Court and any undertaking given under that section shall be discharged.
